RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns
We want you to love your ALUVAYA jewellery. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@aluvaya.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ALUVAYA cannot be responsible for parcels lost while being returned to us.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact support@aluvaya.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Where the issue is confirmed, ALUVAYA will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and personalisation reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- personalised or engraved jewellery;
- gift cards;
- items showing signs of wear, damage or misuse.
Any additional exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process and display the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by ALUVAYA or the item is faulty.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour or product, please contact us at support@aluvaya.com. Exchange availability depends on current stock.
1 Year Colour Warranty
Our standard return policy is separate from the ALUVAYA 1 Year Colour Warranty. Eligible colour-fading claims may still be covered after the 30-day return period in accordance with the warranty terms.
