REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely in love with your Aluvaya jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 
 

30-Day Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. 
 

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support.aluvaya@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping instructions. 
 

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. 
If approved, your refund will be processed swiftly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
 

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, the quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order online. 
 

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Custom or personalised items are also final sale.
 

Damaged or Faulty Items:
In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support.aluvaya@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.
