Payments:
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. ALUVAYA does not store your payment card information.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
 

Shipping:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, weather conditions, or courier delays.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
 

Returns & Warranty:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and returned in their original packaging.
All jewellery is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or lost items.
