We are delighted to offer free worldwide shipping, including all duties and taxes, so you can shop with complete peace of mind. 
 

Order Processing:
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
 

Estimated Delivery Times:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–10 business days

Tracking Your Parcel:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery online. 

Address Corrections:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact our support team immediately at support.aluvaya@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to alter the delivery address.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
Every Aluvaya order is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can resolve the issue swiftly for you.
